Poor Customer Service and Rudeness. I’m beyond disappointed with the service we received at this establishment. I brought my 9-year-old daughter in for a haircut, but instead of a smooth experience, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism to the extent that my 9-year-old could recognize it. Upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t be served due to potential head lice. While I understand the importance of health standards, the way it was handled was completely disrespectful. We were turned away without any consideration or courtesy. The staff was dismissive and rude, making us feel like an outcast rather than valued customers. The problems didn’t stop there. I had left behind a thermal flask during my previous visit, so I called ahead to check if it could be kept until my next appointment. The staff member told me they had thrown it out after a few days. While I understand this can happen, the lack of sympathy or an apology was shocking. Instead of a kind, understanding response, I was met with cold indifference. It’s not the mistakes that upset me, but the total lack of empathy and professionalism. A simple, polite conversation and effort to resolve the issue would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value basic respect.

I love CBBC Regency as a student!! It has a great environment with amazing teachers and I’ve made really great friends I would never have met with out coming to this school. The teachers are super knowledgeable and helpful and make sure every client and student leaves with a smile

Went in for the first time this week for a spa pedicure and was so happy with the service. Everyone was friendly and you can really tell the students and staff enjoy being there. They went above and beyond to make my experience a great one and I made sure to prebook for my next appointment. So glad I found this place!
