Lucie PitcherAbsolutely terrible experience - I really can't recommend this clinic after a disastrous botox experience. Things started fine - booking was easy and Flavio was initially very friendly, taking the time to ease my anxiety about needles. I don't live in London, so I asked what would happen if the results weren't as expected and I needed a top-up. I asked this question repeatedly before going ahead with the treatment and again before I left the clinic, and Flavio repeatedly told me "don't worry, it will be perfect, there won't be any problems." Clearly he just wanted my money and wasn't prepared to handle things going wrong. Of course, as you can see from the picture (taken after 2 weeks), the results are far from perfect. I am extremely unhappy, and emailed to ask what could be done - Flavio's response was to insist the results were incredible and that he has done a great job. Seriously?! I had to request three separate times to get him to agree to so much as followup a video call. When that followup call eventually happened, Flavio's opinion is that the results were "amazing" (what a joke. judge for yourself in that picture) - he made me feel completely stupid. He promised to find someone local to me who could help, but I have not heard from him since, and the last 2 messages I sent have been ignored. This man claims to care about his patients, but clearly that isn't the case. Judge for yourself whether that's an experience you want.
