Very Disorganized. will reach out to me via email about a payment that didn't go through on Melio THREE MONTHS after I send payment and then tell me they'll put me on COD for LAST MONTHS date. Why no one reach out to me sooner, who know?! Also, they NEVER PICK UP the PHONE!
It's one of the worst companies that I have ever done business with they've put me on COD after i made the payment for 216.00$$which is really frustrating 😑plus the company is really unorganized their office stuff doesn't even know who is their sales rep Avoid them at all cost
The person who take the phone she is really rude. She just hung up and transfer to other person while I'm talking without respond talk. The company pics and seem like big and doing nice but guess actually not. VERY RUDE.
Worst then Empire if that's possible! Unorganized been counters and penny pinchers
