Stay away! I signed in six-month agreement for mail service with the price of $42 /month instead of $52 after the agreement was signed, but the invoice automatically changed to $52/month. I asked the agent (Kevin) for clarification, and his answer was financial department would contact me to fix it to match the agreement, and he disappeared. I was forced to terminate my agreement a day before the service started because nobody cared to look at the difference b/n the agreement and the invoice; all they told me was that I had signed in 6 months contract. I have to pay 6 months as reflected in the invoice, not on the AGREEMENT. Now, I still receive a bill monthly from the Regus and their debt collector with different amounts and threaten to sue me unless I pay for the service I did not receive and the price I did not agree/sign to pay in the contract. It is impossible to talk to someone, even to negotiate. You receive an email you cannot reply to. Regus wants the money to get higher (thousands of dollars), so it is worth taking someone to court with more than $300. Run away to save your time and money! They are very unprofessional people, and you get no help once you sign the contract.

After a couple of years with Regus Germantown, our law firm is leaving, and I have a mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the space itself is nice, relatively affordable, and the staff are friendly. But we had a terrible experience on the services side. We pay for daily mail forwarding, which has been a nightmare. First, despite several confirmations of our correct address, Regus Germantown mailed a host of important documents to the wrong address. Then, even after that was corrected, we had a crisis over a set of missing settlement checks. It turns out that Regus Germantown had been sitting on those FedEx envelopes for a couple of weeks, but hadn't (a) notified us or (b) mailed them out. That's a dealbreaker for any professional legal services organization — we need to reliably get our mail from clients or courts. That's the major reason why we're leaving. Overall, if you need virtual/physical office or conference room space, Regus Germantown is a good option, but stay away from virtual space with mail forwarding.
