I’m from Philippines, I arrived in the US on 2022, got married same year, got my first job here 2023, got my first car ever, I gained new family, new home, new friends, new culture — everything is literally NEW. But something is missing, so I’ve been searching for a gym that offers a GROUP CLASS with which I’m used to when I was working abroad in Thailand for 4 years. My BFF and I are obsessed with HIIT group workouts, dance workouts, yoga, etc. We would always go to the gym almost everyday after work since it was just walking distance from our apartment. If we’re not in the gym, we do a lot of home workouts together. I do enjoy working out with people who are like-minded, motivated and disciplined to keep themselves healthy not just physically but the whole being. Regymen Ascension keeps popping up not only on my Google search but on Facebook Ads as well and I was like — this is the perfect place! Brandon was the one who welcomed me when I tried one class for the first time with coach Emily and WOW! That’s what I’m talking about! YES! This is it — my happy place! The place being clean and organized is just a plus. I love the dim lighting effects! The amazing coaches, James, Christy, Audra, Jojo & Colby, they will keep pushing you (keep ‘em coming y’all!). I feel motivated and ignited everytime I’m inside Regymen Ascension. The welcoming committee, I see y’all, thank you for always showing us those lively vibes everytime we come inside the building. The atmosphere, the community are so welcoming, I feel like I have a new family working out together for a common goal — to improve overall health and fitness. My full-time job schedule may not be consistent, all I know is that I’ll squeeze all the free time I get to book a slot at Regymen Ascension. I’ve been a member since 2024. I just achieved my 50 workouts, now I’m working on achieving 100’s! Super worth it investment for me, myself & I. I love their burn workouts, mix it up with build, box and yoga! On weekdays group workouts start from 5am the earliest, an ‘open gym’ in between and ends at 6:45pm the latest. Plus extra group workouts on Saturday & Sunday mornings too! Regymen Ascension offers a lot of fun and exciting activities every month! So, what are you waiting for? ;-)

Me and my daughter love this place! I love how I can set a good example for prioritizing our health and fitness with her and also have something we do together. They are always planning fun stuff to mix up workouts and always keep you challenging yourself. Regymen Ascension has the best staff and coaches who truly care. If I could give more stars I would!
