We recently put an offer on a home in the Valley and contacted Phil to do a home inspection for us. As luck would have it, he had room to fit us in two days later. I couldn’t attend as I had to fly back to Alberta the evening before. We have bought and sold our fair share of homes over the years, with inspections on each one, but this is the most comprehensive, easiest to understand report we’ve ever received. We are both grateful and impressed with Phil’s attention to detail, amount of photos and the list of various contractors will be a great resource for us.
