I was pleased when I learned that Reider Media wanted to feature me as Northampton Resident of the Month, and I was equally pleased with the ensuing process. Nikki was friendly, efficient, and professional when she came to my house to shoot photos, and Melissa was equally professional and easy to talk to when she interviewed me on the phone. She let me read what she wrote about me and was receptive to my suggestions, as well as to my requests about which photos to print. As soon as the publication came out, I received calls from friends and neighbors who had seen the article and were impressed. Daniel came to my home to deliver extra copies and was as personable as Nikki and Melissa had both been. All in all, dealing with Reider Media was a wonderful experience!
