Store manager wouldn’t assist a customer with ordering an item online. She was quite rude and dismissive. The staff at this location always been wonderful as I am a regular. Just unfortunate she didn’t seem to be interested in helping at all. Just a large attitude sadly.

Bad experience at this Reitmans! . Had some really old lady with short blond hair and scary piercing eyes following me around store, it was uncomfortable. I walked into store and hear someone shout HELLO! At first I thought she was maybe a customer with a disability...but then Same lady proceeds following me, asks if she could hold my shopping bag or keep behind counter. .After saying no..she continues to basically follow me everywhere.also see her whispering something in another workers ear..it was creepy. I asked for Manager and she asked why? Manager is busy I left...if anyone sees this old woman in store while shopping ...set boundaries. Shopping should be a pleasant experience! If you think your customers might steal..maybe set detectors. . I worked at a store called Bryan's for years and never once made a customer feel the way this woman made me feel! If I could please give you some constructive criticism...don't allow your workers to shout across floor to customers. I was already acknowledged with a smile and hello from another woman when I walked in. The other woman's shouting Hello was unnecessary and annoying! On way out I pointed out lady another worker. Asked if I could have her name, I think it's Paulette. She apologized on behalf of Reitmans. I told her I was going to write a review about experience. I was told to call and tell Manager about your experience. I tried calling and couldn't even get Managers name! So here is my review for all to see.!

Recently bought my mom a few items for her birthday and staff was extremely helpful picking out some of the pieces. They were equally as helpful when I needed to return and adjust sizes. Will definitely be shopping there more often!
