They waited 6 months to tell me there will be a increase in the premium and wanted me to pay when i called to cancel Your insurance should have increased in September..! Ohh!! And telling me this in March 6 months they had no idea May be that your scheme to take people’s hard earned money. Do not waste your time dealing with travellers insurance. Also PRO TIP FOR MS.LINDA: please work on your communication skills and stop scamming people. I wish i could give them zero stars BEWARE..!!
