Look no further. The 5 stars are well-earned. Service tech (and customer service) was courteous, friendly, honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Repair was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Love being able to schedule a consultation by text and track service tech's arrival. Nick repaired the door quickly and efficiently. It looks (almost) as good as new. It was refreshing to not be given a sales pitch for a new door. Repair was value-priced and beyond reasonable for the quality of work performed. Absolutely pleased with Nick's work.

Seamless booking process. My garage door stopped working in the evening, and with one phone call my appointment was set for the very next day. I received a text message when the technician was on the way and was able to track his arrival in real time. Jordy was patient as I explained the issues I was experiencing and took the time to thoroughly inspect both the garage door and opener to diagnose the problem. He clearly explained all of my service and repair options and remained kind and professional throughout the entire process. I ultimately chose to purchase a new garage door opener, and after the installation, Jordy walked me through how to use it. I couldn’t believe how quiet and smooth everything was—literally better than when I bought my home. Top-notch service, and I truly appreciate Jordy’s professionalism.

We’re new home owners and within the first week our garage door stopped opening! We had seen that this crew had come out to fix it last time, so we reached out, and I am so glad. Nick was super informative, and gave me and my wife some tips on maintenance, and what to watch out for long term care. On top of that, his easy going nature, and his open communication about his work with the previous home owners was so helpful for us. Dan is a great addition to your team and compliments Nick well. He advised some changes to prevent water damage so we went through with that, and he recommended some upgrades to my garage overall. (I think she’s on board with the heater by the way lol) A personal thank you from us, you guys did great, hopefully don’t need to call you guys to soon, but I look forward to working with you all in the future!

One of garage door brackets that connected to the motor arm broke. Rise came out and assessed the situation. I wanted them to completely fix the bracket and they only put a bandage on it. Essentially, they removed a bolt from a different bracket to put on the broken bracket and never replaced the original bolt. It works but feels like a family member did it for free as a favor rather than a professional service provider. I don't understand how this was a great idea. Also, don't put your advertisement next to my garage door button. I didn't ask for it and you shouldn't be doing it without a customer's agreement. UPDATE: I was contacted by one owner to discuss my review and address the issue. The technician came out and fixed the motor arm on my garage door, ensuring it's now in the best possible shape. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I am pleased that my main issue related to the repair job has been resolved after three years.
