Ramiro from Reliable Roofing had something about his presence that shined confidence and professionalism. And that's absolutely what I received from his crew. Folks, these guys do not play around. Ramiro said, "We'll be at your house at 8:15am." They were there at 7:32am, ready to start. By 8:15am the roof was stripped and ready for the next phase. I thoroughly cleaned off the roof with a leaf blower the day prior as a curtesy gesture. His crew had it looking better than I did after each day, I couldn't believe what I saw because I'm a pretty thorough guy. Each crew member showed up with a work ethic that is rarely seen nowadays. This was one experience of an expense I did not mind having to pay. I felt I received an "Above and Beyond" service. Thank you Ramiro, and thank you to your crew. I STRONGLY reccomend this company for roofing needs.

Record setting rains had arrived where I live and I noticed a mark forming on my ceiling indoors that was a sure sign that I had a leak on my roof. I called Reliable Roofing. Ramiro, the owner, arrived the next day. His crew found the source of the leak and replaced tiles to correct the problem as well as fixing other weak points noticed. It was Thanksgiving holiday week. Ramiro told me to call if any signs of a problem showed up during the next storm surge. He could send a crew. I was so relieved. When the rains came, it was clear the problem was solved. I felt confident in the repairs and that Reliable Roofing would respond asap if a need arose. I am truly grateful for the crew and for Ramiro's kind and professional manner.

I was referred to Ramiro from a fellow tradesman and I couldn't be happier with the work that he and his crew have done. It was fairly extensive re-roofing job with stripping 3 layers of old shingles and adding sheeting, gutters and shingles. It was done start to finish in 3 working days. Incredible! Ramiro, the owner of Reliable Roofing was personally involved with every step of re-roofing our home. He was the most professional contractor we have ever employed. Our roof was removed very efficiently by a crew of a dozen hard-working men. This two week project had a daily rhythm of starting work at sunrise and ending the day at sundown. There were no "days off". The crew was courteous and fastidious. Each day our outdoor area was cleaner than we ever see it. Ramiro promptly answered every one of our questions. His price wasn't the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive. He treats his workers well, making sure their safety is the first priority. He provided them lunch every day as well. I give Ramiro the highest possible recommendation! His service after installation is most impressive. Despite his very busy schedule, he promptly stopped by to answer any questions we had about our new roof. He is without question extremely responsive, has high integrity, is very professional, reliable and hardworking!
