The guys at Mountain Auto Tech are absolutely phenomenal! They have serviced my car and the rest of my family’s cars, and they’ve been our trusted mechanic shop for years. Chris has always been honest, fair, and transparent; everything you could ask for from your mechanic. He always takes his time to explain the diagnosis of the problem and the steps involved in resolving it. Everything is always done in a time-efficient manner, which we are so grateful for. Thank you, Chris, and the rest of your team for everything you do. I highly recommend bringing your car to Chris and his team for any mechanic related needs!

Chris and his team are AMAZING. they did an extremely well involved job on my Jeep deep in the engine and it runs so smooth now and I thoght for sure I would of gotten a call that the motor was toast. Whatever the issue is with your vehicle, just know that they have the expertise and good charisma that makes you want to keep going back. Thank you Chris, his mechanic Dave and the rest of the team.

Posted December 10, 2025: I called the shop this morning asking if they could fix my vehicle and the sound it was making from yesterday, unfortunately they are swamped and cannot see me which is understandable being this snowy season and that is fine. I thanked the guy for his honesty and said goodbye. What is not fine and what I did not appreciate is him calling me berating and belittling me because I gave him 3 stars and he says it will bring his score down. I asked him if he wanted me to lie, he said no and wanted me to tell the truth and proceeded to yell at me and continue insulting me. I told him to not call me anymore and blocked his number so he could not do it again. I’m so glad he doesn’t have my address. They were nice at first until the guy names Krys made me feel bad about not having oil on my car. Even today when I asked if I could bring it in he said with a he!! No attitude tone in his voice that he didn’t want my car there. If he had not called me Inwould not be writing this new review. I am changing my 3 star to a 1 and will NEVER go here EVER again and I hope and pray nobody has this experience. Again, all this because of a google review rating that Krys didn’t like and decided to fight with me over the phone instead of speaking to me nicely maybe a misunderstanding yesterday, who knows, but when you attack someone verbally on the phone over a google review this is what happens! I will not be spoken to like that! Posted December 9, 2025: Mountain auto tech guys were nice and knowledgeable. But the sound in my car was still happening after o went there and got my oil topped up.
