This one is relatively bigger than the other two branches that are also located in Suri. Therefore, you will be getting a variety of products, accesories, clothes as well as all kinds of stationery needs. There are a few great discounts, so don't forget to make good use of the offers, cause they will expire. This new branch of Reliance just got inaugurated today, and I'm glad that our little town got another store (or Superstore, so to speak) where the locals would be able to fulfill all their pantry requirements.

Products are kept in a bit scattered way. Vegetables are in really bad state. The dairy products are not kept in a cool place. Billing counter are very uncomfortable as there is no proper queues maintained. But the staffs are really helpfull. Kept a variety of products for day to day life.

I am sharing one experience here. Yesterday ,8.5.2024 I went with my family to buy certain essential goods. I had a 22 months old baby with. We were shopping peacefully, suddenly one employee of the store started to operate a remote car on floor. We never asked for the toy. CCTV camera has the proof of this. My baby started crying and wanted that car immediately. We had no option other than buying the car. My baby became so impatient to play with the toy that he did not even let them pack the car in the box. Somehow we did our billing and came back home. My baby carried the car for the entire journey back home. At home , my baby was playing with it, suddenly he fell from the bed and he was holding the car in his hand. One of the wheels got loose and probably damaged. I called the customer care immediately and told honestly that the damage happened because of an accidental fall of the baby while he was holding his car, a remote controlled car Price Rs 599 . The customer care told me to go to the store and get it exchanged. I felt really good about the humanitarian attitude of the customer care. But today 9.05.2024, I went to the store. The manager was not polite and just said that since we damaged it , it will not be replaced. I told him that customer care told us to take the bill and get it exchanged. Yet the manager refused. He said that it is against the company rules. Only manufacturing defects will be taken back. Now , my question is, is it a company rule to hand over a costly toy to a baby without packaging it properly? Is it the company rule to allure a 22 months baby to buy the car ,that is showing the car even when not asked for it? I just want to know is rs. 599 a huge sum of money for a company like reliance???? Why didn't they change the item? I think I should have rudely spoken to the sales people yesterday for alluring my baby. I had no intention to buy the car. we are middle class and rs.599 is a lot of money for us. The toy broke on the day of purchase. I think reliance as a company has failed a customer to trusted Reliance family for necessary items. I think from now on I will buy everything and every toy from Amazon Flipkart or some local sellers as they have a reliable refund and return policy and not from reliance. No matter how big the company is , the manager of the superstore Suri made it look so small. Shame on Reliance Superstore Suri ,Birbhum
