The technician Mr Ryan Schrempf was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure my furnace was working perfectly. The Operation manager Diana Rockbrune was also amazing — she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to see such great teamwork and customer care. It was a great experience. Technician Tom came on time, very organized and knew what to do to complete his inspection to resolve the problem with humidifier. But what is great to mention is that Tom is not only a professional technician, but he is also a great person that you can feel as family service. We will definitely be happy to contact Reliance in the future
