The technician Mr Ryan Schrempf was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure my furnace was working perfectly. It was a great experience. Technician Tom came on time, very organized and knew what to do to complete his inspection to resolve the problem with humidifier. But what is great to mention is that Tom is not only a professional technician, but he is also a great person that you can feel as family service. I recently had a ductless heat system installed with reliance . The technicians Brent and Jacob were top notch. They communicated effectively the process of the install. They had to troubleshot the installation process and came up with a great solution, I appreciated this attention to detail and care for the end result. The install involved having to access my tenants unit, and Jacob and Brent were very courteous of her space. I would recommend this dynamic duo :)
