I had contacted Eco Basin as the catch basins on both my and my neighbour's properties had about 3 feet of sediment, causing the water levels to be higher than usual whenever it rained. Michael had responded to my request for a quote within 30 minutes of me filling out the online form and was always very prompt with his responses whenever I had a question. I had requested service as soon as possible and Michael showed up personally the next day! He did an amazing job fully cleaning out and washing down both the catch basins. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and provided insight as to why our basins did not have an inlet/outlet pipe and suggested next steps. It's a dirty job, but Michael did it with a smile the entire time! Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. I highly recommend Eco Basin!
