TLDR; We're extremely happy that we had Tiff on our side for the whole buying process. As budget-aware first time home buyers, on top of the basic expectations from a realtor of arranging showings, nitpicking on every detail of the house, working with sellers on offers, contacts for good mortgage agent, lawyer, home inspector etc. and taking care of the overall buying process, we had three criteria 1) we wanted someone who grew up in and knew the city 2) we get a personalized buying experience 3) we wouldn't want our realtor rush us into making a purchase. Tiff checked all these boxes. After more than four months in search of a home that we want our kids to grow up in, we were able to close on one last week. In the whole journey, we viewed more than 50 houses and put offers for about five homes and lost, and there were several situations we were unsure how to navigate irrespective of the research done online, Tiff was able to help and guide, every step of the way by simply asking the right questions to us. I can list quite a few good things about working with her over the last few months. But that would be unnecessary considering the fact that she assisted the viewing of the house we finally closed on, with her sick kid in the car. That speaks to her professionalism in one sentence.

I am so happy to have come across Tiff's instagram profile earlier this year and that I decided to reach out. I was feeling quite discouraged about getting into the market as a first time buyer and thought I had no chance but Tiff was very supportive, understanding and I've learned a lot from our time together. Over several months, we looked at many places together, she gave me her genuine input and was never pushy. She is extremely patient, takes time to explain everything (especially my repeat questions - sorry Tiff!!) and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and truly has their best interest at heart.
