I moved from a big box store to Remedy 6 months ago and here I will stay. Everyone behind the counter is friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They skillfully anticpate any prescriptions I might need. I appreciate the delivery service when I need it. It's wonderful to be recognized even when I'm wearing a mask. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Madeline, the Pharmacist. She is incredibly professional, knows her customers and provides highly detailed service to ensure you are well taken care of. After using larger, highly impersonal pharmacies in the past, I feel so very lucky to have found Madeline and the friendly, personalized service she consistently provides. Highly recommended!

Madeline Hebesh who is the pharmacist, is by far the most professional detail-oriented caring pharmacist I have ever come across. My mother has been a customer for 30 years and Madeline has definitely gone above and beyond taking care of my mother. They have a courier service so that the elderly don't have to walk up to Bloor Street to pick up their medicine. She always willing and follows through when I need certain information because of a doctor asking this or that as I am not living in Toronto. Madeline even helped me with some ingredients on a herbal supplement that I wanted to give my mother to make sure that it did not interact with her medication. Madeline is extremely busy so sometimes she will be quick when she's talking on the phone but that doesn't mean she doesn't care because she does. YOU WON'T get this kind of personalized service going to Shoppers Drug Mart for example. Madeline by far has been such a lifesaver for me stressing about the care of my mother from miles away.

By now, I'm old enough to have a lot of experience dealing with a lot of people. Madeleine is the best of the best. She cares, she is professional, she knows the ins and outs of the pharmaceutical business, she follows up when necessary and I trust her not to make errors. I am grateful for all th help she has given me.
