I’ve been going to Remedy’sRx in Oak Ridges for the past 10 years! I’ve only experienced an outstanding service at this Pharmacy managed by Sherif Habib! As a pharmacist, Sherif is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Every interaction with him is engaging and informative; he always takes the time to explain medications thoroughly and provides useful advice on how to manage my prescriptions. His kind demeanor makes every visit pleasant, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers’ health and well-being. We switched our family’s prescriptions here after terrible experiences at SDM. The pharmacist is so knowledgeable and makes sure you fully understand how to properly take the meds and any possible side effects. He’s just lovely to interact with and is so efficient at getting refills done and prescriptions filled quickly. I’m wishing we had switched here years ago!

The owner/Pharmacist, Sherif Habib (BScPhm) is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to his customers!! He provides excellent customer service!! My doctor is in the same location/clinic and I had got a few prescriptions through him before and was always impressed with his courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service. I was getting all my medications from one of the larger retail/pharmacies in the area, but was not happy at all with their service! I have recently gone through 2 major spine surgeries and have had other major illnesses in the last 2 years and was having many difficulties with the pharmacy I was using. Their incompetence and poor customer service skills were ridiculous, so I pulled my whole account from them and put it all in Sherif's very capable hands. He looks after his customers as if they are his own family members and I highly recommend his service!!
