Irena VesićMy new favorite go to pet store! Huge shout out to the staff who are super welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. My biggest recommendation goes to their new and improved grooming salon. The new staff is absolutely amazing! They are carring, experienced professionals so you can be totally care free while your pet gets pampered ! I love the products they use, there's a variety to choose from even for those with sensitivities. I am truly happy with the overall experience and will be regular spa spot for us !
Mikey MikeExtremely disappointed, called the store and told them I was on the way as my dogs needed food. I was told they would hold it for me, I verify I'd be there in 10 mins. I got there in 9 minutes only to be waved off and told they're closed. You should have just been honest and told me you weren't going to wait, I'd have gone to another store closer to where I was. I've shopped only at this pet store in the 2 years I've lived in the area. What a way to payback customer loyalty, I'll take my business elsewhere going forward.
