OK, I really wanted this to be a good review because she was a nice lady, but I’m gonna have to be completely honest here. The experience was subpar for $260!! I felt like there was little regard to a peaceful environment as the aesthetician was having a conversation with somebody during the service. There was not enough set up in terms of preventing my clothing from getting stained or removing my jewelry, she just did the mask around it, and when I left, I had a lot of mask still on my shoulders and in my ears. There were several points in the service where product would get into my eyes and burn, and caused blurry vision. I personally felt like the extractions were not done well, and one of the holes in my skin will scar. I would not recommend this place for a facial and I will not be returning.

Surry is a wonderful aesthetician! Booking is very easy using her online service; moreover, I have never had any issues changing/moving a service—so professional! Also, I am a HUGE fan of the 90-minute DMK FACIAL—it’s an amazing service made for prepping for special events, dates and holiday parties!

I have scoliosis and her massages give me lasting pain relief plus relaxation. She’s professional, caring and customizes every session. Booking online is easy and I honestly don’t know what I would do without her.
