I’ve been going to ReNew Massage for a couple of years and love the ease of scheduling, the calming environment and the benefits of massage therapy. I have experienced release of tension and pain in muscles. It has helped me gain range of movement, especially in my neck. I would highly recommend ReNew massage with any of the massage team, and especially Francis!

Best full body massage I've ever had. Francis was phenomenal. I love deep pressure and she did not disappoint. Found some problem areas and worked them well. I was comfortable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will be back!

After reading through so many positive reviews I was excited to give ReNew a try. After arriving for my appointment, I waited at the front desk. No one was there, so I figured another client was still being serviced perhaps. There were no instructions given upon booking so I figured I was in the right place. After waiting another 5 minutes or so I called the number listed on the website and the massage therapist came out of another room to get me started. During the massage I requested more pressure, I felt slightly more pressure but it was not enough for me. The areas I felt the soreness and tension in were not penetrated deeply enough to feel much therapeutic benefits. I expressed that and was told that would be considered deep tissue and about as deep as they could get. I’ve had deep tissue in the past and it was really painful, so I was perplexed to hear that was as deep as they good go, as I could barely feel much pressure at all. The tension and pain I had in my shoulders and back was still present halfway through the massage and I verbalized that, and was told when I turn over those areas would be more easily accessible. I’ve felt relief before in the face down position, however I was patient and understand that each therapist is different. At this point I requested if I could possibly end the service and try again with a different therapist. I was told I would still have to pay for the full service. After turning over, some areas felt a little better but overall I still had more soreness present than not. This particular therapist was really soft to the touch and just wasn’t what I expected especially for the cost. I was disappointed that I left without feeling much relief and still experiencing some pain and tension in my most troublesome areas. What was most disappointing was being told “at least you had a gift card” and nothing being done to rectify the situation. While it may not have been intended to be said in a rude way, it is still money spent in support of this business versus another. I was also told that this therapist does a really good job and great at what she does. While that may be true and I do not discredit their work, that was not my experience. I will try again with a different therapist in hopes of a better experience and results.

Francis is great! I have had some nerve issues in my upper body, and she has done a great job loosening it up. The last massage (third so far) left me feeling more relaxed and loose than I have in a while.
