Kristina constantly continues with learning so she can offer the best services to her clients. I recently had a Vibrational Raindrop Technique session. This involves different essential oils applied in a specific sequence, sound frequencies from tuning forks, ocean sounds and concentration on the spine and relaxation. From start to finish, it was pure bliss — Full hour of the most relaxing massage, 30 minutes in the sauna to sweat stress away, and finishing with 30 minutes on the PEMF mat that left me completely recharged. I slept like a baby afterward and woke up feeling even better the next morning — calm, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. I had a migraine yesterday and she called me by chance to see if I wanted to come in as someone had cancelled an appointment. Kristina focused on my head and one spot in my back.
