T BrooksI needed a specialized lab test for my kitten. Reno Animal Hospital was very affordable at 150 dollars. Another vet 7 miles away from them wanted to charge me close to 400 bucks for the same test. When Reno drew her blood they were very gentle and she did not cry out. She is also blind and these people made sure to handle her appropriately.

Charles Wallacel would recommend finding another vet. They do great work but have poor business practices. I took my cat to be neutered. When I picked him up, the price due was $70 higher than agreed. This consisted of two things. They decided to treat my kitten for fleas, which I would argue he doesn't have. They charged $45 for this without contacting me to authorize the expense. Then they offered to trim the claws while he was sedated as I got scratched getting him in the box. I appreciated the offer. What she failed to tell me is that they were going to charge me $25 to do it. They may be nice, but their poor business practices are basically theft. Do not take your pet there because they will rip you off while smiling at you.
