I recently had the pleasure of working with RenosGroup for a renovation of my kitchen and basement, along with some other updates throughout my home, and a new deck, and I’m really pleased with the results! Keith was fantastic to work with—he made the process enjoyable and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever we encountered unexpected findings (which thankfully were few), he was quick to provide options and always kept the budget in mind. The team, especially Clavil, did an amazing job. I felt confident in their skills and expertise, which made a big difference. Renovations can be stressful, but the RenosGroup team made it as smooth as possible. I’m thrilled with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy renovation company.

Wheelchair accessible bathroom. I had a big renovation job of my bathroom and Keith and Clavil were great! We have a beautiful accessible bathroom now. Keith was great with ideas and suggestions when I was unsure of what to do. The work is high quality and I felt at ease with them in my home for the length of the project. Even Keith’s wife helped with the painting which was perfect! They cleaned up and took away the garbage so I want left with it. Thank you for this amazing space. You have given us something we never thought was possible! Highly recommend this company!

We selected Renos Group for an extensive renovation; fully finishing approximately 1000 sq ft of empty basement, as well as a mixed hardwood/carpet installation on our upper bedroom level. Our requirements were quite extensive, as we wanted several functional areas downstairs. Namely, a 3 pc bath, wet bar, soundproof studio, and 5 additional spaces (craft room, home gym, home office, entertainment room and furnace/storage). It sounds like a lot (and it is), but based on our design, with some slight modifications as things progressed, we now have some awesome spaces for our family. Keith’s detailed quotation was a breeze to evaluate, and the only discrepancy between the estimate and the final cost were due to additions, changes and upgrades we made as the project progressed. These items were all well identified on the final tally, so once again, it was a breeze to review. I think that it’s important to note that we were also living 12,000 km (and 12 time zones) away while all of this was being done ! Although our adult son and his partner were in the house to assist with logistics on site, Keith was very communicative with each of us and ensured we were apprised of every step along the way, raising questions or concerns immediately, and providing feedback on progress and solutions. Professional, yet personable, Keith and his team made us feel comfortable every step of the way. There were a few standout items that really showed off their talents. Keith and his team did a great job creating a studio space where I am able to record and perform music without the audio interfering with other occupants. The level of sound and vibration has been reduced tremendously, and as a bonus, I also have 220VAC available for some of my foreign equipment. We were also looking for a solution to take advantage of wasted space under the stairs. Based on some examples we found online, they created a large, 2 door, pull-out pantry, as well as a seating nook with power and a tea mug/smartphone shelf that one may curl up in to read, or even just to peruse the bookshelves directly opposite. And all of this was completed in spite of material shortages, supply chain issues, and social distancing requirements during some of the worst periods of the pandemic. We were also lucky that we had an extended deadline, so Renos were able to easily manage our expectations. All in all, just a fantastic job. I heartily recommend Keith and Renos Group for any work that needs to be done in your home.

Love my new powder room and bathroom. Kudos to Keith and his team for the result. Keith Melanson was great to work with. My sister referred him to me and after getting quotes from 3 other contractors I felt Keith was the most open about costs and would be easy to work with. He broke down the costs and labour for each part of the work in the written estimate which i appreciated. Other contractors did not. One contractor made a big deal about moving out of code toilet 4 inches(he was a plumber by trade) and Keith said it would be easy to do--and he was right! Kept me informed of issues and how they were being resolved. Patient with my changes to the scope of the work--eg. new ceiling, extending drywall tear down around window, increased amount of tile in main bathroom. We had a problem with drain but Keith ensured it would be fixed and it was.. He persisted until all resolved to my satisfaction at no extra cost. Mess was cleaned up daily sufficient to my standard...Work took a bit longer but we did have some unforseen issues in this old home as the work progressed. as soon as delays to finalize due to covid 19 ended Keith was in touch to arrange asap. I would definitely hire again--Keith's experience pays off.
