We had a basement reno completed and found Maz to be incredibly communicative, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We ran into some problems and slow downs with the city but he was always quick to adapt and come up with solutions. All of the trades were respectful and pleasant to have in our house. Now we have a toasty basement that works as a hang out for our boys.

We had a full scale renovation of a basement apartment. Maz and his team of subcontractors were fantastic from start to finish. Maz is great at finding on budget solutions to problems as they come up, and his team does clean work quickly and professionally. Really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him and work through all of the decisions involved with a job of this scale. We'll definitely be working with Renova on future jobs and would highly recommend them.

Maz of Renova Contracting was by far the most impressive of the contractors we interviewed for our 3 floor renovation. He was organized, transparent, a great communicator and knowledgeable of the wide spectrum of work needed for our home. He provided the best quote breakdown of any of the contractors we spoke with and took the time to explain the costs, what was absolutely necessary and where we could save to keep us on budget. Once we hit go, the efficiency was incredible. For context, this house is very old and in terrible shape, nearly everything had to be replaced. In under 2 months they demolished the interior, tore up the floors, installed new ones (including the subfloor), tiled the bathrooms, replaced all of the windows and exterior doors (including sliding doors), built a custom kitchen, installed potlights, waterproofed the basement wall and repainted the entire house. The workers were all friendly, cleaned up after themselves and made our heads spin at how quickly they transformed the house. The quality of work was impeccable and it was cool to see specialist after specialist come in and tackle each phase of the renovation professionally. Throughout all of this Maz was always in touch, checking in regularly and helping with all of the finer details and unexpected issues that come up with an old house. He ensured the work was up to and beyond standard. I can't recommend Renova enough and I've already passed on their information to friends and family. Thanks for the fantastic work!
