My experience is to run and not look back. We purchased a new travel trailer in August. The urgency for the sale was evident. After the approval it was 2 weeks while they apparently serviced our trailer. Our first outing it was discovered that the hot water heater did not work and the unit ran off the battery the whole time with lights flickering. Trailer would not work when hooked up to shore power. Was the trailer service??? We purchased a battery charger so we could get through our first weekend, After we were unable to get the service dept for troubleshooting. Monday they finally returned our call after we went to a higher up in the company. They picked our trailer up on the Tuesday and returned it Friday and apparently they had the issue solved or so it seemed at the time when it was returned. Fast forward to this past weekend and all of our electrical issues have returned. Trailer will not run on shore power. No hot water heater, lights flickering, battery dead. Emails sent, voicemails left, no responses and no sense of urgency to our current issues. I wish we’d of learned our lesson from the first time. Buyer beware
