Worst service ever! I don’t know how such a great city like Dubai allows this kind of service! Service quality in this country should be a lot higher than what Hertz is doing. Crazy! I’ve been here more than 1hr and still couldn’t get my car. Terrible!!! Please don’t rent from Hertz!

Great car, great service, filled up the tank upon return and had no issues or additional charges. Did not even see the deposit come up on credit card, I guess it was authorized in case it was needed. A week later was sent an email for toll bills, as expected, which they deduct from my card on file. No complaints EDIT: A few weeks later I received a random charge for over $700 on my statement. Emailed to follow up, no response. The charge however mysteriously disappeared. Hmmmmmmmm. Edited review to reflect this. Just a tip for any people who travel extensively between countries for a few weeks, especially when you rent cars - when you get home mark your card as lost and get a new one. Different countries and cultures have different behaviors and this is the easier way to ensure that you are not charged out of nowhere later on with the hopes you do not notice.
