I have to agree with Tammie. When i walked in and noticed the sign at reception indicating not to be verbally abusive, i chuckled and thought, "Who Would". Well, i can understand why someone would. I too am trying to move everything from Ontario to New Brunswick, I couldnt register my car that day, because i didnt have the original Green registration, which i have no idea where it is, I agreed that was my problem and i would come back, HOwever, i said, lets go ahead and change over my license, i arrived armed with: Birth Cert, Passport, current ontario license, my temporary NB Medicare, which includes my new address, a copy of a current internet bill. So , that is 1 peice of Government ID and 2 peices of proof of address. The lady at the desk kept banging her finger on the copy of my lease item on the list of approved docs, i said, but i dont rent, i live with someone, she kept banging her finger on that line and would not listen any further. I Explained i had to take the day off work and drive an hour to go there, she was un-sympathetic and very had to deal with, and this was at 9:15 AM! she couldnt have had a hard day already!!, Not to mention, they are NOT OPEN on saturdays!! I had to sit down before getting back into my car because of the anxiety the whole experience made me feel. BAD SERVICE!!

This has to be the worst run business I have had the dis pleasure of dealing with in my entire life. Nice, friendly People for sure, long line up's, different information every time you talk to somebody, you get a different story. No public washrooms, no adequate parking ,waiting times of an hour or more. Should be privatized for sure.

I went to service nb today for L plates for my work truck . DOT and public safety is another storey.. Dot says you need L plate ..public safety no you don't.. 2 hrs later I got the plates I needed. The lady who served me was absolutely the nicest person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with .. Matthew was also amazing... thank you both so much for all your help today! It was much appreciated!

4 attempts to change address of drivers licence and apply for medicare after moving from ontario. every time i have been in its been something new to prove i actually live here. last attempt i was armed with my birth certifiate, lawyers papers with deed to house, marriage licence (not certifcate), house insurance, utility bill. young arrogant woman denied everything!!!! birth certificate is faded but readable, no land survey from lawyer, wouldn't look at my house insurance , wanted my utility bill in pdf format. why? it had my address account number, full detail of every minute charge i was paying for and even what my last payment was and when paid. 2 hours in office to walk out to my car cryig.
