I don’t recommend to fix your phone here. He used fake and after market parts. So the part he install on my phone got broken very quick and when I came back he said I have to pay again. Basically he is stilling people’s money there

They literally broke my phone. My screen was damaged and I wanted to replace the screen. They replaced the screen but in the interim they actually broke the screen interactions. I took it there once again and they said they fixed it. They didn’t. My phone is broken and now not usable. Before it just had a crack on the screen. I called them again and they said I can take the phone back but they will only honor the “warranty” if the screen is not damaged. Obviously the screen is not damaged but the point is that they damaged the phonewithin. I would urge your to stay away from this shop. It is tempting to try to fix your screen in 30 min but beware that they may brake your phone since it is clear they are not capable of doing a good job nor have a clear warranty on what they do. I talked in the phone with Mary/Maria and she was extremely rude. I was explaining her the situation and she raised her voice multiple times instead of dealing with what is clearly their fault/responsibility. Again, IMO, STAY AWAY!!!

5 stars, staff are polite! And there prices are reasonable, they are clean, they have warranty’s for when you repair your phone, and they have lots of accessories!

I wanted to give 0 stars. Overpriced, I paid 69.55$ and the staff not saying anything about prices or refund before to pay for it (because they don’t do any refunds and don’t show in any place of stores), I came back after a few minutes to give back one of those cases (because for same price could buy 4 in Amazon with delivery included) and get the refund and they didn’t give me money back only possible solution for them it was to change for something else or give credit which it’s not an option for me. I google it if is ok by law and I saw this: Florida: Merchants who do not offer refunds must post this fact where customers can see. Absent this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 20 days of purchase. Even I talk about it with the owner Victoria and didn’t help me at all. Said it’s at the end of the receipt which is incredible because you only get the receipt when you finish your payment. Totally disappointed.
