I had an excellent experience with uBreakiFix. From the moment I walked in, the team was extremely professional and welcoming. They really know their stuff, the staff is knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue with my device in a way I could easily understand. Truthfully a terrible experience and I wouldn’t add something like this lightly. On a family vacation at Disney. My battery seemed to have had an issue because it would randomly reboot. I had to Uber 25mins away to get there and was told it would need a new battery likely and to get to the battery they need to go through the back glass and bc of the crack they need to replace it. It would take 3/4hrs but not a major repair. I called the following day having not heard anything to be told the system was down, the phone wasn’t fixed and they didn’t have an ETA. I called again and still the same update and they told me to try calling again later to see if there was an update. I asked them to instead please call me with updates because it seemed silly to ask me to keep calling. They called and later to inform me that my battery is fine, they’re waiting to replace just the glass bc the system was down. I asked, because I was told, if i really needed to replace the back glass… they said no, not sure why they told me that and that’s there was “nothing wrong with the battery, just needed cleaning”. Uber’s back to get the phone and they showed me it turned on and told me about how it took a charge and they have been watching it for almost a day and all good, no issue. I left and it immediately started overheating, powering down and on again just like it was. 2 days, 4 Ubers, 4 phone calls and about 2 hours of driving back and forth for absolutely nothing.

These people are miracle workers. I got all my pictures and videos back, when everyone was telling me they were lost. Marlyn and his costumer service skills are above and beyond. Don't get rid off your phone if broke or don't buy a new one without seeing these people first. You will be amazed what they can do. Thank you so much! 200% recommended. The service I received was awesome. The sales rep down to the fixture was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Joshua was wonderful. He should be cloned the type of customer service that he provided you guys a 10 out of 10 you would get 11 thank you.
