My Apple Watch wrist brand was broken and she removed it for me with much work due to buildup, causing it to be difficult to easily slide off. The tips she gave me were very helpful. Thank you Wickham Rd iRepair. My experience, in a frantic mode as my phone was not working, and I had not backed up any info. I shopped mobile stores to look at replacements. In a state of total despair, I met this honest knowledgeable, and super helpful team. Seemed straight forward drop off and see if they can recover lost pictures. I gave them over 4 months and finally 1 month ago I got the news she had lost my phone. I’ve left several messages for call back and nothing. Very disappointed and seeking legal means to get them to surrender the phone or to make the situation right. This is my first step. If this review is still here then they haven’t tried. Maybe she’s ok for fixing a glass but if she looses your phone then you are cracked. Stay away.
