Karen was great with friendly and professional customer service. My Apple Watch wrist brand was broken and she removed it for me with much work due to buildup, causing it to be difficult to easily slide off. The tips she gave me were very helpful. Check out the before and after pics! I like the new band, and thanks for dropping in the used wrist band for free that you had in stock additional to my purchases!! Seemed straight forward drop off and see if they can recover lost pictures. I gave them over 4 months and finally 1 month ago I got the news she had lost my phone. I’ve left several messages for call back and nothing. Very disappointed and seeking legal means to get them to surrender the phone or to make the situation right. This is my first step. If this review is still here then they haven’t tried. Maybe she’s ok for fixing a glass but if she looses your phone then you are cracked. Stay away.
