Great experience with Rob. Had major drain backup in basement due to previous plumber errors. He arrived within an hour on a Saturday, did a thorough assessment, cleared 2 blocked pipes and camera inspection to make sure it’s all clear. Very knowledgeable, patient and reasonably priced. Answered all questions without rushing. Top notch.

Our kitchen drain was leaking near the bottom of the stack in the basement. I searched for plumbers on Google and found Drain Experts Plumbing. I called and spoke with Robert. I made an appointment later that day and Robert showed up on time. He took his time to diagnose and assess the leak. He found that the drain pipe was leaking in other places, too. We decided to go ahead and replace the entire pipe from under the sink to under the basement floor. He provided a reasonable price and returned on Monday morning with a crew who completed the work within about 4 hours. All of the workers were knowledgeable and cared about fixing the issue properly the first time. I would definitely work with this company again.
