If I could give ten stars, I would. RESCO has been amazing to work with from start to finish. When things felt overwhelming, they stepped in and made everything so much easier to manage. From Bryan in the office to Erick in the field, every interaction was professional, kind, and clear. Erick walked me through the estimate, patiently explained what needed to be done, and helped me understand the process for containing and addressing the water damage. He’s a dedicated hard worker who truly goes above and beyond. He even helped move the contents of our garage and wiped down surfaces so we didn’t have to worry about it. Charlie and the crew were fantastic as well, respectful of our home, careful, and genuinely pleasant to have around. They felt more like trusted friends than a work crew (we even ended up hiring Charlie to walk our dog!). Their pricing was reasonable, and they focused on removing only what was necessary, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent, Erick was always on time, kept us updated, and maintained a great attitude throughout. We got multiple estimates, and RESCO stood out clearly as the best choice by far. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoration work.

Erick and team did a wonderful job on our house. We had an emergency sewer line clog that resulted in sewage spilling out in our back yard under our deck. Erick arrived the same day I called to assess the situation and report back so an estimate could be provided. The next morning the job was completed! You get what you pay for and Erick and team delivered with a high level of professionalism and quality. Many thanks to Brian too who handled the calls and estimate. Great company.

We got recommended RESCO from a plumber we had come by about a possible leak/floor damage we were having. Sure enough, we had mold!! RESCO was professional and thorough throughout the whole process. I had dealt with Micheal (thanks Micheal!) and he was very easy to work with! Great at explaining every step and making sure my house stayed clean! We have a new baby and I appreciated the extra caution he took. Great customer service! And always on time! We had Trevor (or was it Travis!??) that helped us out too and he was great also. I was going to wait until my laundry room was completely done to write this review, but unfortunately the company they recommend hasn’t started and it’s been almost three weeks (ahhh!!!!!) 0_0 ….sooooo I didn’t want to wait too long and forget!! Worth the review! And worth hiring! Thanks RESCO ****Would not suggest the construction company Advance Forward they recommended.****

Erick Garibay and team did a wonderful job on our house. I had an emergency water damage situation (upstairs primary bathroom with flooding water to our kitchen immediately below) and called RESCO on Saturday evening. They sent Erick out Sunday morning. He measured the water saturation in the affected area and started work on Sunday to try and stop the spread of water. The RESCO team worked hard throughout the week to minimize damage to our kitchen and primary bathroom. Erick was very communicative and helpful throughout. We were most concerned about preventing mold from starting and making sure everything was thoroughly dried out. Unfortunately, the water did significant damage, but we felt we were in good hands with Erick from RESCO.
