EDIT: Update to my original review - a few hours after submitting this, my doorbell rang and it was the guy with a coworker to pick up the water heater & box. I'll stand by giving them a 5 star review and would absolutely call them again in a pinch but it shouldn't have taken a phone call and leaving a lower review to make that happen. ----------------------------------- My 15 year old water heater kicked the bucket at the beginning of May so I called Rescue Plumbing. They were great, were able to come out quickly, and everything went pretty well. The guy who did the work was very nice but a little bit forgetful and here's where things go off the rails. He forgot his tools in his other truck when he brought the new water heater so he had to go get them. At that point, it was already almost 9pm and he wouldn't be back to my house for 2 hours. I asked if he just wanted to come back in the morning. He said that would be great so he got my old water heater draining and came back in the morning to do the installation. Unfortunately, he came back the next morning alone and he needed help to remove the old water heater so he couldn't take the old water heater with him. He said he'd be back later that day and I said that wasn't an issue but then he never came back for it. I called Rescue Plumbing's office 3 weeks later and they said "we'll get that taken care of for you." It's now been another 3 weeks and the old water heater is still taking up space in my basement. This should have been a 5 star review but I don't have time to hound these people to finish their job. So when they get this done, I'll be happy to update my review but in the meantime, be aware that you may be left with a mess in your basement.

Pete and Adam were awesome. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They diagnosed the plumbing issue quickly and explained everything clearly. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and made an extremely stressful situation feel completely manageable. I’m so grateful for their expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of skilled, trustworthy plumbers. Five stars all the way!
