I had a great experience with Nuansa Spa, and it all started with their exceptional customer service. Initially, I was a bit sad because the concierge team informed me that the time I wanted for my service was fully booked. However, the very next day, they followed up with a call to let me know that someone had canceled and asked if I was still interested in coming. This thoughtful gesture truly showed their dedication to accommodating their clients and ensuring a great experience. Once I arrived, the service exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, providing the perfect setting to unwind. My treatment was absolutely wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. The cost here is very reasonable, comparing to other luxurious treatment in Manhattan. I’ve been to many other places , but the service here exceeds other places. I love deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure and they provided me with the exact what I needed. It’s rare to find such great service while great cost these days, I highly recommend Nuansa Spa and can’t wait to return for another visit!

I was visiting from California and had the most amazing experience at Nuansa Spa! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. They even picked me up from the elevator, which made the experience more personable. One detail that really stood out was the fresh flowers in the bathroom, it added such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. My treatment was incredible and my therapist was highly skilled. She made sure the service was to my liking, from the aromatherapy to the soothing music, everything was carefully curated. Oh and the chocolates they offered WITH a glass of champagne was definitely the cherry on top. I highly recommend, 10/10.

Was in NYC for a few days and booked a warm stone massage at Nuansa Spa. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The place is calm, clean, and feels super new and private. The warm jade stones and Lomi Lomi-style flow just melted all the stress away. Walked out feeling totally reset. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town!
