Unethical, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. If you use Zillow to locate a new residence, only apply with companies that accept the Zillow application. Do not apply with A & L property, you might as well set your money on fire. Just completely inept across the board. Stay away.

I’ve been renting from A&L Property Mgmt for two years now. Let me start by saying they came to the rescue when we needed a place! They found one for us here in El Dorado County that fit all of our needs! It was nothing short of a miracle! Fast forward to now, we’ve only had a couple small issues with the house (normal wear) that needed attention and it just took one phone call. Coming from a busy mom, this is greatly appreciated!! I don’t have any time to spare for nonsense. This is why I took the time to write this review. They have saved me from so many headaches! I also love the app they use to eliminate any fuss when it comes to paying rent. Easy-peasy, done deal! Thank you to the team at A&L Property Management!!
