Before sharing my experience with Nilan constructions and Interiors, I would like to share how I found Avinas, - Founder (Nilan constructions and Interiors). When we bought our land in 2022, we also started to search for a builder to construct our dream house. As we all do, I used to stop by if I notice any new construction on my way and will visit those sites to see the quality of construction, material used, design, interior, exterior etc., I met more than 15 builders and one among those builders is Mr. Avinas. During our first meeting itself he impressed us with his way of approach and confidence. Again it took few more days for us to confirm. We took this time to ask so many questions to get clarified around the construction/agreement. Avinas politely answered all our questions. That gave us so much confidence and we handed over our house project to Mr. Avinas. From then, Avinas and his team took in-charge and keep me informed through out the project, ensuring I was always aware of progress. During my interaction with Avinas, he maintained 100% transparency in what he do and that is the best quality he holds that everyone would expect. The quality of construction and materials used was excellent and the final output exceeded my expectations. Its been 2 months now we occupied the house and we all enjoying each and every corner of our house. I have seen personally how much effort he has put in and i would like to thank Avinas and his team for all their hard work in last 12 months. One of 'The Best' builder in the city.
