I can't say enough about RPM, I would highly recommend this property management service. We first started renting out our house in 2016 when my husband and I left the island to work overseas. Jim was recommended as someone who was reliable, professional and accessible, and from our experience we have found this to be very true. Living overseas we really wanted to have a property manager who would respond to any issues in a timely manner and keep us in the loop on any developments and this is what I like best about Jim's service, but he also begins by starting off with finding dependable tenants with a lengthy detailed application process and takes the stress away from us by advertising and doing showings for us. In our first year of renting out our house we forgot to keep up with paying our waterbill (rookie mistake) and the water was shut off on our tenants! Jim was able to call someone up on a Sunday morning to switch the water back on for our tenants. Jim gets things done right away and always answers his phone. I would highly recommend Jim as your property manager, he's the best in town!
