Restore Motion's approach to therapy is both unique & amazing. It is not a one-size-fits all PT program. They listen to you, approach & plan your therapy protocol holistically. They look at your body as a complete system and try to get to the root of the cause rather than band-aid the pain. Amazing!!! I have worked with both Reshma & Miriam and am so appreciative of their expertise. Restore Motion is a rare gem. p.s. I came to them as 2 orthopedists said I have to have surgery. While, at some point, surgery may be the only option, Restore Motion has lessened the pain I have felt for years & have awakened muscles that are supporting my overall improvement! A year ago, I learned that I needed to have both hips replaced. Restore Motion treated me prior to surgery to set me up for a successful outcome. They treated me after each hip replacement surgery to help me achieve the best possible recovery. Each therapist used a variety of techniques to undo years of compensatory movement patterns and help create proper movement patterns to set me on the path of getting my life back. Today, I feel like a whole new person! I can't say enough good things about the therapists, staff, and the practice as a whole!
