I had a wonderful experience with Terri Fisher, she helped me by critiquing and polishing my resume so employers were able to see the best of my experience. I was able to get a Temp position because of her and I am very grateful for her care and dedication to her job and her clientele.

I am making it my business to highlight the unprofessional practices of every recruiting agency I encounter, which sadly is becoming far too consistent. Recruiter Regan Jackson reached out to ME regarding a job opportunity that was open, mentioning I’d be a good fit based on my resume. She never kept her word when scheduling calls, each time leaving me waiting without notice. Long story short, we never connected and after hounding the office multiple times I was able to connect with another agent who I assumed passed my message along. By the time Regan finally responded she informed me she had just filled the role the same day. This is bad practice. Every position is not meant for you…totally aware of that. However, effective timely communication is bare minimum professionalism. Being a person of your word is everything. If the roles were reversed, that would automatically disqualify a candidate. The same standard should be set for recruiters. Additionally, if you are at the offer stage…why continue entertaining other candidates!? If change requires me writing reviews, or sending letters to management companies, so be it. Candidates put their all into preparing for these opportunities (that consists of the initial call throughout entire process). I will demand better from these entities created to be purported resources.
