I wanted to try a local pharmacy and have been greatly disappointed with the service and availability of Reutzel Pharmacy. The hours are not compatible with most working folks and of the 4/5 times I needed to pick up my prescription, it was never ready and I had to wait and often times come back after waiting. It’s hard enough to make their available hours but having to make 2-3 trips is unacceptable. Will be changing pharmacies for certain. Would not recommend. 2 stars only because I eventually received the correct medication. The medication is not special for what it’s worth.

This is the worst pharmacy, don’t bother using them if you can help it. They mess up orders, they have phone issues, The pills get rerouted to different post offices , which then puts the medication on delays for delivery. This place is a joke. I am writing again…. 12/4/24 This place seriously is A JOKE!!! When a family member went to pick up a prescription she NEEDS and calls…. They don’t have it ready!!!! After saying they will. She has to arrange for a ride in the cold and the customer service there is pathetic…. Rude…. Unacceptable!!! And to ask about a vitamin. If they have that in stock…. And to be told rudely that they need more than a day notice. This place needs a manager that can keep this staff in line. It makes me so sad to hear this from a family member that I’d actually happening here. SHAME on you guys! Get it together!!!!!!!

OOOPS, I FORGOT TO PICK MINE UIP TODAY.. its MORE OF A MOM AND POP PLACE. friendly, BUT NO WEEK-END HOURS AND THE LIDS ALWAYS COME OFF.

beyond fustrated I left walmart pharmacy because of going there and no priscriptions ready and so on. So I went here thinking I could get my meds delivered as I have mobility issues and a car that is on its last wheel. But when they did deliver we don't know when they are coming the intercom here does not always work so we have just been trying to pick up but it was hard going to just find out they are not ready. As they said they could all be filled on the same day every month I thought cool but my meds run out on the 2nd and stopped in on the 3rd but they was just getting started on them. So had to make another trip on the 4th to get them already out of some.So I am not sure why they did not start before the 2nd to fill them? I would think they would lookvahead and see what meds were needing refills and at least fill them a couple days ahead so they would all be ready on the same day like I assumed they would have been. One time I was needing a med and was all the way on the north east side when we had to turn around to come back. I should not have to waste my gas and wear and tear on my car running back and forth for no reason I can't afford that.. I thought a smaller pharmacy would be better not harder I don't want to deal with this frustration nor do I want to go with out meds because there are not being filled till I am out. I thought the goal was to have them so I could get them all on the same day with the exception of the diabeic meds as there dosses change. But today I had to get my wheelchair down tothe car and in the car and hope my car starts and drive there get the wheelchair out go in and get my meds and was told that she didn't know why they were not ready on the 2nd but tthen go back out we get the chair back into the car hope the car starts drive back home get the chair out go back in through the heavy hard to open door back to our appartment. When we was just there the day before. So all this because someone did not think it is important to fill the meds before the 2nd. I am glad I am not on important heart meds or something that would be bad. I don't want to go through the hassle of switching but I guess I don't know what else to do it's not like my meds change a lot so I don't see how it is to complicated I just don't want to deal with all this.
