I bought a truck from REV about a month ago. The truck has been great so far, my experience from this dealership was less than ideal. They gave me a 22 day trip permit tag but I did not receive my title in the mail until after that trip permit tag had expired, even after being assured that it was going to be sent out two weeks before my tag was to expire (it never got sent out) when I went to the DMV they told me they were within their rights to charge me a late fee as I had an expired trip permit but decided to let it go after hearing my story. Hopefully they do better for their other customers.

Jason was amazing and helped my husband and I greatly! He was recently home from deployment and wanted a truck (and needed a vehicle). We knew our credit wasn’t the best (but wasn’t terrible either) and that he still had 2 weeks before returning to work so our chances for financing with a lower rate were slim. Jason spent HOURS contacting lenders and acquaintances in order to help us get the best rate possible. He DID NOT stop until he had good news for us and we could leave with a truck! We both 10/10 would recommend and will be buying again down the road.
