I had an amazing experience with my hairdresser, Ryuto! He responded quickly to my Instagram message, provided dedicated advice and consultation for hair cut and balayage. He also helped me with the booking process. On the day, he was super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. My hair turned out perfect with just one bleach—exactly what I wanted! 5 stars for his excellent service. Highly recommend!
I felt like the hairdresser did not spend enough time and attention on my wash and cut. I was in and out the door in half an hour. Good if you need an efficient and simple cut but this was not what I was after and did not feel like the service justified the price. My hairdresser was very kind and friendly though. Sadly won't be returning - was searching for a new regular hairdressing place near the CBD.
This is the worst haircut I have ever had. I couldn’t say anything wrong to him, as the customer service was good, but I was speechless after seeing the final result. I have to say his skill as a hairdresser is terrible. I requested a one-length cut, and this is how it looks. It is not one length at all, and the hair is weirdly long here and there. It wasn't worth the price at all.
