Extremely Disappointing First Visit – Rough Service, Skin Damage, and Poor Professionalism I visited this salon for the first time and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a beauty service. Before starting, I clearly mentioned to the Main lady (Owner) that I have sensitive skin. I have been to many other salons for waxing and facials and have never experienced red marks or itching afterward. However, during my waxing session—done by the lady and one staff member—the technique was extremely rough, causing significant pain. When I requested a slower and gentler approach, I was told, “In my salon we provide fast service—no one else does this—but this is the right way to wax.” In my opinion, customer satisfaction should always come first, and every client’s skin type should be considered. Because of the rough method, my skin developed visible red marks. When I showed them, instead of receiving an apology, I was told it was due to “repetitive strips,” which is incorrect. It didn’t end there—the staff also ruined my eyebrow shape, which was very disappointing. Additionally, before my facial, I explained my requirements clearly. However, after completing the facial, the staff applied cream intended to bleach facial hair, which resulted in two different skin tones. When I raised my concern, it was denied rather than addressed. I paid 226.50 rupees but I am not happy and satisfied. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking in skill. My skin was left irritated, so itchy: but when I request for my eyebrows poorly shaped, and my facial tone mismatched. I am attaching pictures as proof of the results. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professional, customer-focused, and gentle care.

I came in to get a haircut for graduation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The hairstylist listened to exactly what I wanted and also made great recommendations on how to tailor the style to better suit my hair type. I’m so satisfied with the result! My curtain bangs turned out beautifully! I’ll definitely be coming back again.
