I had the package of Japanese Ionic Straightening + Treatment + Hair Cut with Florence. As a finished result, my hair is soft, shiny and very natural in colour. I am incredibly happy with the result. It is super straight and sits beautifully with some body. It was obvious to me that Florence is very experienced and knew what strength of product to use to get this result. She did warn me beforehand that my damaged ends might not take the straightening and might need to be cut off, but we did the treatment anyway and my ends to my happiness also came out beautifully and didn't need in the end to be cut off. Florence also gave me a bond treatment product to do at home to help strengthen my hair. I feel very confident that my hair hasn't been damaged. It feels so soft, natural and nice in texture. Florence was also very friendly, relaxed and fun to work with. She made the experience pleasant and easy, all done in minimum time. Thank you very much Florence. What a great experience. I will be returning.

I went here to touch up my regrowth on the 11 of December 2021. I kept asking the owner and the hair colourist if its do-able they both said yes. Then the hair colourist totally messed up my hair. I have random patches of snapped hair all over my head. I naturally have a lot of hair and now I’m left with like 40% of hair left. They kept it to themselves at the end of the appointment it wasn’t until I got home and noticed that my hair is falling out and that I had to chase them up for a refund. They did offer free treatment but I have no trust in them to go back and sit in their chair. I don’t understand how they could let me go home knowingly how bad they damaged my hair. It’s been a month and their mistake is causing me so much stress and till now I still cry almost every night. I can’t even tie my hair up without everyone noticing the damage. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

loved my experience here! I got the permanent straightening, cut, and treatment. It was such a relaxing experience at the salon which was excellent as this treatment takes a while, i got given iced tea and got to watch movies. The results have been excellent, I now don’t do anything to my hair and love it and the bond treatment they gave me has been making such a difference and slowly healing the dry parts of my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back.
