Had major work for few problems billing 2400 approximately. After 4 months had same problem and further quoted 900 pounds. This looked dodgy and also mentioned it may solve problem if not have to further investigate. That shows not Subject car expertise. Took car to other garage and got fixed in 300 and it was due to spark plugs issue. That's a starting point and they deliberately ignored and gave greedy quote. Also in 2400 pounds got major service which covers spark plugs. They have not changed them to new. On mentioning second garage fix they refunded 60 pounds plugs cost. This indicates mistake is from vagtech end. All, please check the work, no trust on words. Quotes are too high. I am of opinion that they do cheat by saying big big words etc. I had good opinion on first visit but discovered on 2nd visit they take advantage of novice persons. Please avoid this garage and save your money. We cannot fight or prove our innocent trust. Hope it helps others.

Never quoted a price until it was time to pay. The same problem reoccurred and I was charged extra with no accountability from them. They promised to do work and did not carry ot out. Car had dirty marks all over it inside and out, it seems they do no care about your car and only find ways of charging you.
