Everyone always seems to have a problem with filling medication here. Always being told to come back or wrong medications/prescriptions being filled. Now they seem to be charging a dispensing fee that people don’t have to pay at other pharmacies. Today they filled my moms prescription wrong so that it is unable to be covered by her insurance plan. I don’t understand what is going behind the counter there, they seem so unorganized. I understand the pharmacist has changed a few times but otherwise the same people have been working there for a while now and should be able to set standards on how the place is run successfully.
I have often had problems with waiting for my medications. I have been instructed to come back after lunch, then told to come back after 3:30, only to be turned away again as though I'm being unreasonable. Many times my insurance card is not successfully billed. This isn't a problem at another pharmacy
same management now in Elliott Lake Rexall pharmacy March 2024. Same problems, added cash fees, mix up and problems with insurance, everybody knows since July, store is empty.
