The workmanship and a professional demeanor was on point. Really great bunch of guys. The only issue we had was we were quoted a certain rate per hour and once invoiced the rate was different. Never asked as I noticed once receipt was issue. Once again, these guys know what they're doing. Very, very talented crew

Horrible service. I feel because we are seniors he took advantage of us. He was asked to put in the electrical boxes needed for our new sub pumps. He was told by the company installing the pumps we needed two boxes. He installed one and did not even go the extra couple of feet to the panel. Instead he wired the box into the plug for the washer. There is an open breaker in the box. I do not know if wen my pumps are working if I will blow a breaker if my washer is running at the same time. He came and told me how much I owed and I paid him and out the door he went without explaining what he did and telling me he hooked into the washer plug. I do not think that would have even required an electrician. I feel if we were younger my husband would have been downstairs watching him but he thinks we did not need to know anything and took advantage of that. I did not find out until the end of the job when I paid the basement company. That is when I found out he did not do what they asked him to do. He said they suggest two boxes but the electrician only installed one. The basement crew explained to him what was needed but he just did the quick easy route. He should have talked to us and we could have made that decision. Even if it meant him coming back another day.

Very professional prepared and efficient. Communication with office staff , workers and customer, excellent.
