We had a very bad experience today, my husband went to put up a mirror in the hallway and accidentally drilled through the pipe. Water gashed out everywhere, managed to turn the water off through the mains and called GL Plumbing and Gas Engineering Ltd. A gentleman called Giles came on the same day within 30 minutes and rectified the pipe. He also got my boiler working again and bled all my radiators.
