Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. I purchased a Zwilling pan (Product Number: 1030033) from the Zwilling factory sale, expecting high quality from such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, after only two uses on medium heat, the pan became warped and discoloured. I followed all care and usage instructions exactly as recommended. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue was due to “high heat” and therefore not covered under warranty. This explanation does not make sense, as I never used high heat. The pan failed under normal, proper usage — which points to a manufacturing defect, not misuse. It is extremely disappointing that a premium brand like Zwilling dismisses a legitimate concern without properly investigating the product issue. I expected much better quality and customer support. I hope Zwilling Canada will reconsider its response and stand behind its products, because this experience has been very discouraging.

I attended the Zwilling warehouse sale earlier today, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The experience started on a disappointing note: I had to wait in line outside for 1.5 hours in snowy weather, which was not ideal. Despite the long wait, I hoped the deals inside would make up for it—but they didn’t. Most of the sale items were fairly average in terms of discounts and selection. There was nothing particularly unique or exciting about the products, and the items in sale. The only highlight was the unboxed pots that were available at a fantastic price. If you’re specifically looking for a deal on pots and don’t mind missing the original packaging, this might be worth it. Otherwise, the sale felt underwhelming, especially considering the time and effort required to attend. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for this sale unless you’re after those pots or prepared to endure a long wait in tough weather conditions. One thing I must add is that the staff there was very helpful, they do go out of their way to help and find the items. Good job to them.
